Local Shipping

For local orders, delivery is usually completed within 3 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.

Overseas Products Shipping

For overseas products, orders will first be processed and shipped from our transit warehouse. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.

Please note that customs clearance, flight arrangements, weather conditions, or logistics delays may affect the final delivery timeline.

Once overseas products have been shipped from the transit warehouse, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Please confirm the product details and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Address Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact information, or other customer-related reasons, any additional shipping or re-delivery fees charged by the courier company will be borne by the customer.
